Orders

When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you don't receive an order confirmation on the same day, please contact us. As this may indicate that an incorrect email address was entered. Also, check your spam folder.

We categorize our stock availability into two levels:

Out of stock = The product is not available for purchase.
In stock = The product is available and can be delivered without issues.

For any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. By clicking "Proceed to Payment" you agree to Playbox's terms and conditions. When your goods are ready for delivery, we will send you a delivery confirmation by email.

Personal Data

A customer number is assigned when registering as a business customer. Each order receives a unique order number. Your personal data is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will never be disclosed to third parties without consent. The information is used solely by Playbox to facilitate customer contact and fulfill our commitments. Your email address is stored in Playbox's database and may be used to send newsletters.

Delivery

1. Delivery method

  - Playbox deliverrs products via contracted carriers.

  - Playbox reserves the right to select the carrier based on cost, availability and delivery terms.

2. Delivery address and receipt

  - The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address.

  - Goods must be received at the specified location and agreed time.

  - The customer must ensure that the delivery site is accessible and that unloading resources are available.

3. Delivery time and delays

The estimated delivery time is specified in the order confirmation. Standard delivery times: 

  - Domestic: approx. 7 business days

  - International: approx. 14 business days

  - Transport time: 1-3 business days (domestic) & 3-10 business days (international).

- Playbox is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.

- In case of delivery delays or backorders, Playbox will do it's best to inform customers via order confirmation. Please note that we cannot individually contact each customer regarding stock or delivery changes.

4. Transport damage and claims 

  - Any visible transport damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery document (waybill) in the presence of the driver.

  - Transport damages must be reported to Playbox in writting within 7 days of delivery, including photos as proof.

  - Claims submitted after this period cannot be approved and customer will bear the cost.

5. Returns and incomplete deliveries

  - Incomplete deliveries must be reported to Playbox immediately.

  - Returns of damaged or incorrect products are handled according to our return policy and by agreement.

  - For returns of undamaged goods, Playbox credits a maximum of 75% of the invoiced amount. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note: items damaged during return shipping cannot be credited. Ensure that goods are well packaged.

Payment

1. Payment methods

Playbox accepts the following payment options:

  - Prepayment

  - Invoice payment (30 days net)

2. Prepayment

  - Full payment must be received by Playbox before goods are shipped.

3. Invoice payment

  - Standard payment terms are 30 days net. 

  - Credit limits are determined and adjusted by Playbox. 

4. Credit Checks

  - Playbox reserves the right to conduct credit checks.

  - if a higher risk is assessed, Playbox may require prepayment or cancel the order.

5. Late payment & fees

  In case of late payment, Playbox may charge agreed late fees, reminder fees according to law and administrative costs.

  For unpaid invoices, Playbox reserves the right to: 

  - Temporarily suspend or cancel deliveries until payment is received.

  - Require prepayment for future deliveries. 

  - Take additional actions to secure payment.

Claims

If a delivered product is defective or damaged, please file a claim. Email your case to info@playbox.se including the order number. Our customer service will get back to you with further instructions. 
In case of disputes, Swedish law (The sale of goods act and contract act) applies.

  - Colors on the website may differ slightly from reality due to technical reasons.

  - Playbox is not responsible for complications arising from the use of our products. Always protect delicate surfaces when using Playbox products.
