  • How can I become B2B customer at Playbox? 
    To become a customer, you need to have a registered business or be part of an educational institution. Simply click in " Become a customer" in the menu and follow the instrructions. We will review your registration and upon approval, a business account will be created. You can start shopping right away!  

 

  • What types of products do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of craft and hobby products. Our assortment is suitable for both retail stores and educational environments. 

 

  • Can I place an order if I'm not registered customer?
    To place an order, you must be a registered business customer. 

  • Can I get customized packaging or product assortments for our business? 
    Yes! Playbox offers tailored solutions for businesses- Private label products.  

  • Do you have a minimum order value?
    Yes, our minimum order value is 50 EURO

  • What delivery options do you offer?
    We offer delivery with Schenker (Sweden) and Dachser ( international).  

  • What is the delivery time?
    Delivery times depend on order volume and address. Estimated delivery time is 7 days within Sweden and 14 days internationally.
